I’m not usually the type of person who takes to the internet to vent about a bad customer repair experience.
I’m not trying to be a Karen, I’ve given our Heating in addition to A/C provider every option to do the right thing.
My Heating in addition to A/C provider (former Heating in addition to A/C provider) was terrible at customer service. They regularly left behind a mess- garbage, dirty footprints, etc.- every time they came to the beach house to tune up the central cooling system and/or central heater. Sure, that was awful. What made the situation worse was that this was on a superb dayâ€¦ Back in the summer time when I needed our central air conditioning replaced, I had to call numerous days in a row. No 1 in the Heating in addition to A/C providers offices would answer the iphone or call myself and others back after our voicSMS. There were occasions in which I would have a busy central cooling system tune up however the Heating in addition to A/C companys would not show up to do the task. The Heating in addition to A/C companys/Heating in addition to A/C provider did not even bother to give myself and others a courtesy call to let myself and others guess that they would not be available. I took over 5 hours of personal time from work trying to be there for the Heating in addition to A/C companys who busy the central cooling system tune up. Needless to say, I am looking for a new Heating in addition to A/C provider in addition to our ears are wide open for Heating in addition to A/C provider recommendations. Like I said, I don’t usually get online to complain about suppliers (Heating in addition to A/C providers or otherwise) however this Heating in addition to A/C provider has horrendous customer repair in addition to absolutely little care for the individuals they charge (too much) to serve.
